- Create the sides A of the tool chest and make the drawer slots. Cover the ends of the slots with strips.
- Scribe the top arc on both the side pieces. Now make the small arcs for the base of the sides using a round, small item to layout each foot.
- Join the two smaller rounds at the base with an arc one inch taller than the bottom using trammel points.
- Cut out the arcs with a band saw or jigsaw.
- Use a file to smoothen the curves.
